• Seth Fritschie, 34, of 809 W. Kelley St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and following too close. Fritschie was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Kevin Lloyd Byers, 45, of 2 York Drive was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, terroristic threatening in the first degree and resisting arrest. Byers was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Chelsea Lorrayne Boggs, 23, of 481 Bright St. was arrested Sunday in connection with domestic battering in the second degree, three counts of domestic battering in the third degree and endangering the welfare of incompetent person in the first degree. Boggs was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Steven Pinkerton, of 625 Adams St. was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license for previously driving while intoxicated. Pinkerton was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Trey Richardson, 40, of 64 E. Neal St. in Farmington was arrested Sunday in connection with multiple counts of failure to appear. Richardson was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $105,489 bond.

• Roy Sigears, 24, of 809 S. Greenpoint Trace was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearms, possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Sigears was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Brent Alexander, 27, of Hampshire Ave. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card. Alexander was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Jamey Cagle, 34, of 20555 Howell Road in Lincoln was arrested Sunday in connection with parole violation. Cagle was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,415 bond.

• Clarence Hale, 45, of 13015 Aristocrat Road in West Fork was arrested Sunday in connection with manufacturing marijuana, possession of a firearm by a certain person and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Hale was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Melissa Kaupp, 28, of 915 N. 16th St. in Fort Smith was arrested Monday in connection with theft of leased rental property. Kaupp was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Keith McDowell, 33, of 15580 Low Gap Road in West Fork was arrested Sunday in connection with parole violation and first-degree endangerment of the welfare of a minor, and misdemeanor careless driving and no child restraint. McDowell was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• An assault was reported Sunday at 1926 N. Gregg Ave., Apt. 2. The caller reported he was thrown down some stairs and onto a vehicle.

• A vehicle was reported stolen Sunday at 100 W. Rock St.

Rogers

• An assault was reported at 7:22 p.m. Sunday at 120 N. Lake Atalanta Road after a jogger said he was shot in the back with a gun similar to a BB gun. The shooter was in a vehicle, which the man described as a 1990s gold Toyota.

• Criminal mischief was reported Sunday at 415 N. Fourth St. after a woman said someone drove by and shot a BB gun at her home. The woman said several windows and the front door were damaged. The incident is possibly related to the assault along Lake Atalanta Road, police spokesman Keith Foster said in a message Monday. No arrests had been made by Monday afternoon.

• A burglary was reported Sunday at 210 N. C St. A TV, home theater and bed were stolen.

• Theft of a vehicle was reported Monday at 1000 Mayes Ave.

• An accident involving a motorcycle and a vehicle was reported Sunday at Rolling Hills Drive. No life-threatening injuries were reported.

• A semitrailer ran into a power line and pulled the meter loop partially off a wall at 7:22 p.m. Friday at 1041 W. Walnut St.
