A Wednesday afternoon storm downed power lines and trees in several places in Benton County, according to information from the Rogers Fire Department and the Little Flock Police Department.
The Rogers Fire Department wrote on Facebook that the storm damaged utility lines and warned residents to be cautious when walking outside. The Little Flock Police Department reported on Twitter that the low water bridge on Dixieland Road had power lines down and was closed to traffic.
Rogers was also responding to a power line down at Elm and Third streets down, according to a Twitter message from the department.
