Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Jamie Derek Trammell, 30, of 14741 Count St. in Moulton, Ala., was arrested Monday in connection with felony nonsupport. Trammell was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with a $1,500 bond set.

• Rick Schwellinger, 41, of 306 S.W. A St. No. 3 in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Schwellinger was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Melinda N. Heather, 26, of 1407 N. Garland Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set. A methamphetamine pipe with residue was confiscated during the arrest.

• Cynthia Shaw, 42, of 1125 W. End Drive was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, pubic intoxication and obstructing governmental operations. She is being held in the Washingon County Detention Center. No bond has been set. The preliminary report stated she spit on the arresting officer when he tried to unbuckle her seat belt at the detention center.

Lincoln

• Damian Kelley, 21, of 169 Chestnut Circle, was arrested Monday in connection with kidnapping and battery. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Siloam Springs

• Brittany Lynne McKinney, 29, of 2013 W. Harvard St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with battery in the second degree, a Class B felony. McKinney was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lemuel Hamilton Stanford, 47, of 1050 N. Britt Apt. K-6 in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stanford was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Ronald Stonewalter, 55, of 1038 Fir St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family member and misdemeanor parole violation. Stonewalter was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday without bond.

Fire

Rogers

• Firefighters were called by a resident who saw smoke at 10:56 a.m. Monday at 6201 S. 37th St. Firefighters found Rogers Water Utilities had started smoke testing sewer lines in the area.

• Firefighters put out an electrical fire confined to a wall in a home office at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at 1007 N. Raven Road. No one was injured and there was minimal damage to the wall.

• An 84-year-old woman had hip pain and was taken to Mercy Hospital after her SUV collided with a semitrailer at 10:33 a.m. Monday at Promenade Boulevard and New Hope Road.

• Greg Hines reported at 8:56 a.m. Monday credit/debit card fraud at 708 S.W. 2nd St.

• Jean Gloster reported at 10:09 a.m. Monday theft at 2904 Northeast 12th St.

• Theft was reported at 11:22 a.m. Monday at 3000 S.W. 14th St.

• Robert Ferguson reported at 2:05 p.m. Monday a burglary at 2802 S.W. 17th St.

• Rita Debnam reported at 6:07 p.m. Monday a theft at 1805 El Contento Circle.

• Sherry Julian reported at 7:51 p.m. Monday a stolen vehicle at 7376 S.W. Lee Harris Road.

• April Kettner reported at 9:36 p.m. Monday a breaking or entering at 1202 Cresent St.

• Theft of a phone was reported Monday at 3189 W. Wedington Drive.

• Theft of a license tag was reported Monday at 850 S. Silverado Drive.

• Theft was reported Monday. A purse was taken out of a truck at Dollar General.

• Breaking or entering of a vehicle was reported Monday at 600 N. 12th Place, Apt. 4. Documents and sunglasses were taken.

Springdale

• A break-in was reported Tuesday at 2200 Dovie Street.
