Pulaski County sheriff's office deputies went to 2201 Russenberger Road on an anonymous tip that people at the address were smoking methamphetamine in the presence of children, according to deputies' reports.

Deputies reached the address about 1:30 p.m. and once allowed inside by the homeowner, Summer Wilkerson, noticed there were five children, the oldest of whom was 3 years old, inside the home.

According to deputies, Wilkerson kept a propane bottle and torch attachment next to her bed.

Noting the items in her bedroom, deputies asked her if she or anyone in the house was using any drug, and Wilkerson "suspiciously walked" over to her dresser and sat on top of it, denying any such activity.

One of the deputies spotted a bag of meth on the dresser and later found a variety of drug pipes, reports said.

Wilkerson was arrested and charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.

During the investigation, the father of the two children who were not Wilkerson's, Jonathan Baker, came to pick up his children, only to submit to and fail a drug test.

Social workers then took custody of his two children.

Felon arrested in LR over April 2013 raid

A convicted felon was arrested at his job Friday morning, more than a year after special Little Rock investigators entered his home and reported finding a dozen firearms and about 26 pounds of marijuana.

On April 2, 2013, Little Rock drug investigators entered the 3804 Rosepoint Cove home of Charles Tucker with SWAT officers, according to court documents, and found the drugs and stash of weapons, including six shotguns. One of the shotguns reportedly had its serial number defaced.

In addition to the weapons and drugs, officers also seized $33,696 in cash, a Cadillac Escalade, a motorcycle and a 1998 Chevrolet Corvette, reports state.

Although Tucker was the homeowner, he was not home at the time of the raid. It wasn't until March that investigators obtained a warrant for Tucker's arrest.

According to Police Department officials, Tucker and his attorney worked out a deal for him to surrender six months ago, but he never did.

He was arrested at the Embassy Suites at 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, where he works.

Charged with six felonies, including possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and being a felon in possession of firearms, Tucker remained at the Pulaski County jail Monday night. No bail for his release had been set.
