Barbecue Proceeds To Benefit Rogers Oakdale's Coach Qualls

ROGERS -- A chicken barbecue scheduled for Saturday will benefit an Oakdale Middle School coach undergoing cancer treatment.

Jeannie Qualls is a cross country and track coach at Oakdale. She is being treated at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Whitey's Chicken Cookin' Crew will barbecue the chicken at the pit near Second and Locust streets. Sales will be near the pit and should begin about 9:30 a.m.
