For 2nd year, lottery shows revenue drop

Amount for scholarships decreases by $8.9 million

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's revenue dipped in fiscal 2014 by $29.5 million from fiscal 2013 to $410.6 million as the amount raised for college scholarships slipped by $8.9 million to $81.4 million.
