A North Little Rock man died early Saturday after striking a parked semitrailer, according to Arkansas State Police.
Justin Walker, 28, was headed westbound on I-30 in Little Rock on Saturday morning when he drove off of the highway and onto the left shoulder. About 4:30 a.m., Walker's BMW struck the back of a Freightliner semitrailer that was parked on the shoulder, state police said.
Walker was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was not injured.
According to an accident report, road conditions were clear at the time.
