Answer is Still No
Bella Vista residents have spoken. They made it clear to their Property Owners Association that they will not approve an increase in taxes to operate recreational facilities that only a few use.
After spending an inordinate amount of money trying to push the increase through and being told emphatically "no" to an increase in taxes, they are now attempting to revisit the issue at more cost to property owners. This is an outrageous misuse of the people's money.
No means no. Now let the POA tighten its belt as all of us have to do when funds are not available to spend on recreation.
