A report by Australian officials on the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 over the Indian Ocean in March said the most likely scenario was that the plane's crew had become incapacitated and listed as a possible cause hypoxia. A New York Times article that appeared in editions on June 27 misstated the conclusions of the report.
