4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Jordan Ashwa, 27, of 1763 N. Leverett Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and obstructing government operations. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Garrett Timmothy Heggie, 20, of 19100 Bill Young Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with third-degree assault, interference with emergency communications and first-degree terroristic threatening. Heggie was being held in the Benton County Jail with a written promise set.

Bentonville

• Michael Scott Smith, 33, of 540 Archer St. in Fulton was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to appear for a felony offense. Smith was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Roy Dabney, 27, of 999 Wood Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with a felony warrant from Washington County Sheriff's Office, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose and misdemeanor flight from officer on foot. Dabney was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday without bond.

• Percy Davis, 19, of 2341 Zared Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with a felony warrant from Washington County Sheriff's Office and misdemeanors failure to appear for trial, obstructing government operations and refusal to submit to arrest. Davis was released from Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday on $3,500 bond.

• Jay Walker, 48, of 5709 Michael Cole Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated assault. Walker was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday without bond.

• Michael Lamberson, 53, of 506 N. Gutensohn Road was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Lamberson was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $1,405 bond.

• James Setser, 21, of 14016 N. UA Beef Farm Road in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of property. He is being held in Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• Christil Clubb, 40, of 166 Dogwood St. in Stilwell, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of a firearm by certain persons, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license, fictitious vehicle license or registration, no proof of insurance. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• Michael Williamson, 52, of 1200 Valleyside Bend in Alma was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• Jamaal Miller, 27, of 1956 N. East Oaks Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• A 25-year-old woman had shoulder pain after a vehicle collision at 2:18 p.m. Monday at 24th Street and Hudson Road. She and a 16-year-old girl with no reported injuries were taken to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville.

• The theft of two Social Security checks was reported Tuesday at 2100 N. East Oaks Drive, Apt. 12.

• A bike was reported stolen Tuesday at 1732 N. Lewis Ave.

• Breaking and entering was reported Tuesday at 27 S. Fiddlesticks Trail. Sunglasses and a wallet were reported taken from an unlocked vehicle.

• Burglary was reported Tuesday at 1428 S. Arkansas St. Items were stolen from the side of the house and possibly from the garage.

• Theft was reported Tuesday at Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1819 S. Eighth St.

• Theft of a 1996 white Mercury Tracer was reported Tuesday. The vehicle was taken from Exit 83 along Interstate 49.

• Burglary was reported Monday at 907 S. 12th Place.
