President Barack Obama will meet with Texas Gov. Rick Perry on the influx of illegal aliens from Central America.

President Barack Obama asked Congress for an emergency $3.7 billion to contain the surge of illegal aliens from Central America -- many of them unaccompanied children -- crossing into the U.S. through Mexico.
