Police: Man cited after pointing pellet gun out car window in Rogers

A man was arrested and released on citation Tuesday after reports of a man pointing a rifle out of a car window on New Hope Road.

Andreas Lopez, 21, of Rogers, was arrested and released on citation in connection with disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license, according to a news release from the Rogers Police Department.

The rifle was a pellet or BB gun with a scope, according to the news release.
