4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Cecil Conley, 55, of 207 E. Seventh St. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Stephen Patrick Henry, 31, of 14 Tamworth Circle in Bella Vista was arrested Tuesday in connection with a parole violation and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Henry was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christopher Wayne Morrison, 29, of 2345 DJ Revall St. in Pea Ridge was arrested Tuesday in connection with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Morrison was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Sarah Ruth Hilburn, 27, of 2345 DJ Durall St. in Pea Ridge was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery or manufacture of a counterfeit controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Hilburn was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Terry Gilbreth, 41, of 7409 Wedington Drive was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with two counts of assault on a family or household member; two counts of a endangering the welfare of a minor; theft of property; interference with emergency communications; fleeing; aggravated assault; resisting arrest; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested after a confrontation with his ex-wife in front of two children, and later taken into custody at the house on Wedington Drive. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• Michael Addington, 46, of 3480 E. Huntsville Trail was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and fleeing, both felonies, and public intoxication, after an altercation with his girlfriend. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• Diondrea A. Whitaker, 20, no address available, was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Springdale

• Leticia Marie Orellana, 28, of 1503C Oriole St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony first-degree domestic battery, tampering with physical evidence, misdemeanor obstruction of governmental operations and violation of a no-contact order. Police said Orellana stabbed her husband while he was sleeping. Orellana was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday awaiting a bond hearing.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Michael Conn, 32, was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening and domestic battering. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

West Fork

• Matthew L. Maze, 22, of 4353 E. Zion Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with domestic battery and terroristic threatening at a residence in Fayetteville. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Rogers

• Firefighters were called to two unattended controlled burns at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection 13th and Olrich streets.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Luke Ahrenholtz reported at 11:15 a.m. Monday the theft of 19 chickens from 18794 Meadowview Road in Siloam Springs.

Fayetteville

• A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 401 W. Watson St.

• The theft of gas was reported Wednesday at 2720 W. Wedington Drive.

• A computer, television and other electronics were reported stolen Tuesday in a burglary at 1899 N. Albany Lane.

Rogers

• A woman told police Tuesday she was kidnapped Monday night from a gasoline station in Rogers. No further information was available Wednesday because the woman was in the hospital and unable to speak further with police, said Keith Foster, spokesman.

• Burglary was reported Tuesday at 212 W. Kimberly Lane.

• Theft was reported Tuesday at 514 N. Second St. A Ford Explorer was reported stolen.

• Burglary was reported Tuesday at 2308 S. 17th St. Items were taken from a house.

• A man reported someone shot out his car window overnight Tuesday at 3007 S. G St.

• The theft of a vehicle at 2401 S. Jill Circle was reported Wednesday.

• A break-in at 1940 E. Robinson Ave. was reported Wednesday.
