Waterlogged Midwest in for more flooding misery

Travelers make their way toward Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport on Tuesday after traffic stalled in a sudden rain that flooded the Kennedy Expressway, the city’s main thoroughfare to the airport.

More torrential rain worsened flooding in the Midwest, creating high water that swept away an Iowa teenager, caused a traffic nightmare near one of the nation's busiest airports and threatened to swamp a Missouri town for the fifth time in less than a decade.
