BENTONVILLE — “Face Off-Woman 2 Woman” will open this weekend at the Bentonville Convention and Visitors Bureau.

There will be a meet-the-artists reception from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at 104 E. Central Ave. The show will feature the works of Beth Myers and Marcia Davis. The two are friends who view the human face in different ways, according to a news release.

This will be their first collaborative show, and they intend to show two varied styles of facial emotion, whimsy and color so the viewer may see themselves or someone they know through art.

The two artists use mixed media on canvas board or on watercolor paper with both traditional and nontraditional applications. Works will be for sale. The exhibit will be on display through February.
