BENTONVILLE — A Siloam Springs man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the rape of a 27-year-old woman.
Sgt. Todd Brakeville with the Siloam Springs Police Department said police received a report accusing Bryan Dwayne Weary, 42, of raping the woman.
Weary was arrested in connection with rape, aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor domestic battering in the third degree.
Weary was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
His arraignment is scheduled for 8 a.m. March 3 in Circuit Judge Robin Green’s courtroom.
