Arkansas State Police

  • Jordan Wallace, 22, of 77 N. Holland Drive in Farmington was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and no proof of insurance. Wallace was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,025 bond.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

  • Hershel Lynn Johnson, 22, of 12543 Scenic Drive, Rogers, was arrested Sunday in connection with felony parole violation and domestic battering in the second degree. Johnson was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Luis Mario Murillo, 29, of 1906 W. Wood St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday by the Rogers Police Department and the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in connection with felony parole violation and domestic battery in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Murillo was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Lincoln

  • Jason McCoubrey, 20, of 502 S. Mitchell Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with emergency communication, false imprisonment, assault on a family member and terroristic threatening. McCoubrey was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,135 bond.

Springdale

  • Enrich Hauk, 28, of 803 W. Bailey Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault and third-degree battery. Hauk was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on Sunday with no bond set.

Pea Ridge

  • Joseph Thomas Atchison, 18, of 2353 John W. Montgomery Circle was arrested Saturday in connection with rape, minor in possession and obstructing governmental operations. Atchison was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

  • Robert Webber, 32, of 38104 Arkansas 23 in Huntsville was arrested Saturday in connection with violating Arkansas Department of Correction parole, possession of drug paraphernalia, no license plates and driving on a suspend or revoked license. Webber was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

FIRES

Fayetteville

  • The Fayetteville Fire Department put out a fire about 4 p.m. Saturday at 377 W. Skelton St. after a grass fire started when someone threw a firework in the yard.
  • A grass fire near a house at 1722 Albright Road was reported at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of East Albright and North Crossover roads. No one was injured.

Johnson

  • Firefighters from multiple fire departments were called out about 1:45 p.m. Saturday to a fire at 5783 Kell St. in Johnson. The house was destroyed.

Lowell

  • Lowell area firefighters responded to a commercial structure fire reported about 5:45 p.m. Saturday. A kitchen fire in an oven was put out by employees at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 207 S. Bloomington St.

Springdale

  • Springdale firefighters put out a grass fire reported at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday at 4339 Kings Place. The fire spread to about an acre before being extinguished.
  • Firefighters responded to an illegal burn at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday at 1890 N. Monitor Road.
  • A fire in the backyard was put out by firefighters at about 9:15 a.m. Sunday at 610 Elmdale Lane.

Fayetteville

  • A breaking and entering was reported about 2:15 p.m. Sunday at 3590 S. School Ave.
  • An assault and battery was reported about 4:45 p.m. Saturday at 1155 W. Clydesdale Drive. A man told police he was picking up a friend in the West End area when another man opened his car door, punched him in the face and followed him to Grandview Apartments.
  • A theft was reported about 2:40 p.m. Saturday at 3919 N. Mall Ave.
  • Theft of a phone was reported about 1:30 Saturday at 324 W. Dickson St., Suite 2.

Rogers

  • Theft of a cellular phone was reported about 5:35 p.m. Saturday at 1715 S. 46th St.
  • Counterfeit money was reported about 8:37 p.m. Saturday at Melody’s Choices, 2203 S. Promenade Blvd., Suite 5165. A woman reported a fake $100 bill used to make a purchase.

Springdale

  • Breaking or entering was reported about 3 p.m. Sunday at the Springdale Country Club, 608 W. Lakeview Drive.
  • Theft of a vehicle was reported about 3 p.m. Sunday at Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road.
  • Breaking or entering was reported about 2:15 p.m. Sunday at 1574 Bedford Terrace after an iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle.
  • Theft was reported about 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Steele Centre Office Suites, 703 N. Thompson St.
  • A breaking or entering was reported about 1:25 p.m. Sunday at 1511 Berkshire Terrace after a woman told police her vehicle was broken into Saturday night.
  • A breaking or entering was reported about 1:15 p.m. Sunday at Denny’s, 4861 W. Sunset Ave. Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at the same time.
  • Breaking or entering was reported about 11:20 a.m. Sunday at 1596 London Terrace.
  • A vehicle was reported broken into and ransacked Saturday night about 7:20 a.m. Sunday at 1536 Coventry Cove.
  • A gas drive off was reported about 8:15 p.m. Saturday at the Kum and Go, at 1010 N. Thompson St.
  • An iPhone was reported stolen from a bathroom about 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the Walmart Neighborhood Market, 3553 E. Robinson Ave.

ACCIDENTS

Springdale

  • One person was extracted and transported to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale after a vehicle accident about noon Sunday at 381 N. 40th St. No further information was available Sunday.
  • A multi-vehicle accident with injury was reported about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at 4451 N. Thompson St. after a vehicle ran a red light, according to a police report. Firefighters extracted one person who was pinned in a vehicle. A 19-year-old woman was transported to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale.
