The Arts Center of the Ozarks in Springdale will host auditions for a production of Joan Cushing’s musical Miss Nelson is Missing! on Monday and Tuesday.
The play centers on a class, led by Miss Nelson, who must find their teacher after being assigned a scary substitute. The musical is based on the book by Harry Allard and James Marshall.
Parts are available for three or four women ages 12-50;
two or three men ages 12-50; and some extras ages 12-18.
Auditions require a prepared solo performed with a provided accompanist.
Performance dates are March 5-9 and include daytime performances for children as well as evening performances for the public. Scripts are available for check-out at the arts center.
