MEN

ARKANSAS TECH 82, HENDERSON STATE 63 Bobby Hatchett scored a game-high 17 points. Bryson Fletcher added 13, Tyler Friedel scored 12, Nick Wayman had 11 and Clarke Overlander had 10 as Arkansas Tech (9-5, 4-2 Great American Conference) won at the Duke Wells Center in Arkadelphia. Henderson State (6-8, 2-3) was led by Deoivray Johnson, who finished with 14 points and three rebounds. Taylor Smith had 12 points and Charles Wesley had 10.

ARKANSAS-MONTICELLO 92, ECCLESIA 66 D’Audrio Patton finished with 26 points and 10 rebounds as Arkansas-Monticello (11-3) won a non-conference game in Monticello. Brandon Wilson had 22 points and 11 rebounds. Sharif Hudson had 14 points. Ryan Lensing had 12 points on four three pointers, coming off the bench.

JOHN BROWN 73, SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN 69 Kofi Josephs led John Brown (12-3, 2-3 Sooner Athletic Conference) with 29 points, Gilbert Gyamfi had 24 points and 10 rebounds and Max Hopfgartner had 12 points and eight rebounds as the Eagles beat Southwestern Oklahoma Christian at Bill George Arena in Siloam Springs. Reggie Sloam led Southwestern Oklahoma Christian with 19 points, and Robert Rozim had 10.

OUACHITA BAPTIST 77, HARDING 69 Colt Fason led Ouachita Baptist (4-8, 1-5 GAC) with 18 points and 14 rebounds while Eric Brauer had 18 points and four assists to lead the Tigers to a victory at Vining Arena in Arkadelphia. Will Francis led Harding (6-6, 3-3) with 27 points and 10 rebounds while Hayden Jennings had 20 points and nine rebounds and Weston Jameson had 7 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

SOUTHERN NAZARENE 84, SOUTHERN ARKANSAS 70 Quan Conner led Southern Nazarene (7-6, 5-2 GAC) with 29 points and three rebounds at the Sawyer Center in Bethany, Okla. C.J. Smith finished with 14 points. Nemo Sanchez led Southern Arkansas (5-6, 2-4) with 15 points while Jeffrey Walker had 13 and Alre’K Brown and Chauncy Williams had 11.

MARY HARDIN-BAYLOR 95, OZARKS 77 Ted Beard IV scored 21 points as the Ozarks (4-8, 2-7 American Southwest Conference) couldn’t overcome a 44-26 halftime deficit. Mary Hardin-Baylor is now 8-5 overall and 6-4 in the conference.

ARKANSAS-FORT SMITH 83, NEWMAN 78 Kenny Martin led Arkansas-Fort Smith (11-3, 4-2 Heartland Conference) with 27 points and 15 rebounds while Seth Youngblood had 15 points and Jake Toupal finished with 11 in Wichita, Kan. Elhad Emerlahu led Newman (4-10, 1-5) with 17 points and 10 rebounds while Marquis Cuyler had 14 points and seven rebounds and Jeremy Espinoza had 12 points.

WOMEN

SOUTHERN NAZARENE 86, SOUTHERN ARKANSAS 68 Southern Arkansas couldn’t overcome a 1-for-16 start on field-goal attempts and lost in Bethany, Okla. The Lady Muleriders (7-5, 3-3 Great American Conference) were led by Chanel Miller, who finished with 14 points off the bench. Barvion Wyatt had 12 and Miranda Greer had 10. Southern Nazarene is now 7-6 and 4-3.

HENDERSON STATE 83, ARKANSAS TECH 65 Aungelique Sledge led the Henderson State Lady Reddies (9-3, 4-2) with 35 points and six rebounds and Jasmine Settles had 14 points while Dulincia Keener had 12 points and five rebounds and Krystal Beachum had eight points and 13 rebounds at the Duke Wells Center in Arkadelphia. Arkansas Tech (6-6, 2-4) was led by Anissa Pounds, who had 18 points and three rebounds. Cara Neighbors had 14 points and three rebounds. Jacinda Myers-Sanders had eight points and 11 rebounds.

HARDING 82, OUACHITA BAPTIST 54 Shana Holmes led Harding (14-0, 6-0 GAC) with 17 points while Lauren Crenshaw had 13 points and Kristen Celsor had 12 to led the Lady Bisons to the best start in program history. Nashia James led Ouachita Baptist (3-9, 1-5) with 18 points and 10 rebounds.

MARY HARDIN-BAYLOR 79, OZARKS 66 Mary Hardin-Baylor held Ozarks to 32 percent field-goal shooting and held a 63-37 rebound advantage. Ashley Hipps scored 18 for Ozarks (3-9, 2-7 American Southwest Conference). Tamara Wilkett added 11 points. Mary Hardin-Baylor is now 7-6 overall and 7-3 in the conference.

NEWMAN 57, ARKANSAS-FORT SMITH 51 Alexandra Ciabattoni led Newman (9-7, 6-4 Heartland Conference) with 23 points and 16 rebounds in Wichita, Kan. Newman held Arkansas-Fort Smith (3-12, 3-6) to 27-percent shooting. Justyne Huber and Brittany Holbert led Arkansas-Fort Smith with nine points.

SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN 60, JOHN BROWN 53 John Brown (11-3, 3-2 Sooner Athletic Conference) did not make a field goal over the final 6:07 in a loss Saturday at Bill George Arena in Siloam Springs. Eliana Fernandez and Kortni Barenberg scored 10 points each for the Golden Eagles. Kim Hayes led Southwestern Oklahoma Christian with 21 points.
