Police: Rogers man didn't comply with sex offender registration

A Rogers man was arrested Friday in connection with failing to cooperate with the registration process for sex offenders.

Levi McCuistion, 28, was arrested in connection with failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements-refusal to cooperate with assessment process, a Class C felony punishable with a prison sentence ranging from three to 10 years.

McCuistion, a Level 2 registered sex offender, is required by Arkansas law to report and verify any change of address, employment, education, or training, according to a news release from the Rogers Police Department.

McCuistion is being held at the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
