ARRESTS

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Brogan Rhianna Lane, 21, of 2318 S.W. 17th St. in Bentonville was arrested Sunday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and delivery or manufacture of counterfeit controlled substance. Lane was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

William Austin Loux, 23, of 3007 Waukesha Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of failure to appear for a felony offense. Loux was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with a $10,000 surety bond.

Isaiah Quincy Matlock, 42, of 74 Skyline Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Sunday in connection with failure to appear for a felony offense. Matlock was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail without bond.

Fayetteville

Codi McCuistion, 30, 4008 W. Songbird Place was arrested Sunday in connection with residential burglary, felony stalking, harassment and criminal mischief. McCuistion was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

Leonel Rodriguez, 20, of 1603 Azalea Circle in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rodriguez was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on Sunday on a $1,620 bond.

Prairie Grove

Athena Fontes-Ellis, 28, of 13907 Meacham Road was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, a felony, driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to appear. Fontes-Ellis was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on $4,255 in bonds.

Springdale

Matthew Brassfield, 32, of 1101 Highland Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Brassfield was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

Fayetteville

A breaking or entering was reported at 1:20 a.m. Sunday at 2675 N. Club Drive.

An assault and battery was reported at 3 a.m. Sunday at 2310 W. Stone St., Apt. 10.

A burglary was reported at about 6:45 a.m. Sunday at North Woosley Avenue and East Sycamore Street.

A breaking or entering was reported at about 7:45 a.m. Sunday at 4023 W. Wedington Drive.

A breaking or entering was reported at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday, and again at 11 a.m. the same day, at 1163 S. River Meadows Drive.

A breaking or entering was reported at about noon Sunday at 1521 N. Olympic Club Ave., Apt. 204.

Rogers

A burglary was reported at about 12:15 a.m. Sunday at 910 E. Mimosa St. Someone broke a window and stole an item while the resident was out of state.

A theft was reported at about 6:45 p.m. Saturday at 1110 W. Linda Lane.
