Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Pablo Rosendo Martinez, 42, of 5225 N. 86th Drive in Glendale, Ariz., was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear.

Martinez was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Joshua Lynn Robinson, 25, of 2816 Little Flock Drive in Little Flock was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender, a parole violation, 16 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of terroristic threatening in the first degree. Robinson was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Steven Bercher, 18, of 1069 Madison County 7500 in Huntsville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony aggravated assault. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Springdale

Victor Angel Benitez-Aleman, 27, of 109 Josie St.

in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony forgery, misdemeanor second degree criminal impersonation, driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license, disregard of a red light and violation of the implied consent law. Police said Benitez-Aleman used a forged identification when stopped for a traffic violation. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond and a hold from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Saul Marin Avila, 26, of 1305 Crutcher St. No. D-101 was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony thirddegree domestic battery and a misdemeanor warrant.

Police said Avila hurt his wife by twisting her arm.

Avila was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Dana Michelle Wells, 20, of 472 Lassiter Lane in Cabot was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

Wells was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Cassius Dean Gladden, 600 Andy St. in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and theft by receiving.

Police said Gladden was arrested after officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call and found stolenplates on Gladden’s car.

He was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Springdale

An employee of American Tubing, 2191 Ford Ave., reported Thursday a juvenile was found breaking into vehicles in the parking lot.

A green 1996 Chevrolet pickup was reported stolen Thursday from 751 Aspenridge Drive.

Ruby Quintana reported Wednesday a burglary at 1530 Butterfield Coach Road.
