Arkansas Community Correction

Dalesha Jean Welch, 24, 0f 700 S. Carl St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with a parole violation. Welch was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Anthony Tapia-Hernandez, 19, of 2707 Sunset Drive in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Tapia-Hernandez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Melody Ann George, 21, of 115 North Drive in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of controlled substance. George was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Danny Molnar, 31, of 1025 W. Magnolia St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor failure to pay fines and cost. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $730 bond Tuesday.

Nicholas Steven Fitzpatrick, 24, of 1002 Commons Drive No. 3 was arrested Tuesday in connection with forgery in the second degree and theft by receiving. Fitzpatrick was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Kenneth Branstetter, 43, of 891 W. Melmar Drive Apt. 122 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Dana Lewis, 46, of 12309 Hazel Valley Road in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Jose Corpus-Garcia, 31, of 2025 West Arkansas 62 in Lincoln was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony second-degree battery and violation of probation/ suspended sentence, along with misdemeanor failure to pay fines. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $212,658 bond Tuesday.

ACCIDENT

Rogers

A 61-year-old woman was hospitalized after an accident Monday just before 7:30 p.m. on Eighth Street, according to records. Deborah McMellan was following a pickup hauling her belongings and turned around in the Dollar General parking lot to pick up a bag that fell, according to police records. McMellan leaned out of her moving vehicle near Birch Street to pick up the bag, but fell, breaking her hip. Her vehicle, still in drive, rolled down Eighth Street, running over a street sign and colliding with the Pawn USA shop door on the corner of Oak and Eighth streets. McMellan was ticketed for careless driving.

Brandon Payton reported Monday the theft of a fertilizer buggy from 11100 N. Arkansas 43.

Lance Brown reported Monday the theft of two lawnmowers, a weeder and two chain saws from 1809 Looney Road.

Noe Garza reported Monday the theft of items from 11651 Amy Ave.

Bentonville

Fidel Ponce reported Monday a break-in at 805 S.W. Ouachita Drive.

Rogers

Mercy Clinic General Surgery, 1001 S. Horsebarn Road, reported Monday two forged prescriptions. One was filled out-of-state and one was not filled, staff members told police.

Theft of an Xbox was reported Monday at Walmart, 2110 W. Walnut St.

Daniel Hopping, 8110 E. Glendale Lane, reported Monday criminal mischief after tires on a vehicle were slashed overnight.

Bobby Rogers, reported Monday a wallet lost or stolen from Casey’s General Store, 514 N. Second St. Rogers told police the wallet fell from his truck and was gone when he returned.
