Bentonville Library To Hold Safe Driving Workshop

— Members of the Police Department will speak at the public library workshop "How Not To Wreck Your First Car."

The event will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Rotary Conference Room in the library at 405 S. Main St., according to a news release.

The police participants will teach teenagers about safe driving through an interactive workshop that will include topics such as defensive driving, the dangers of texting and driving and intoxicated driving, according to the release. The workshop is part of the Life Skills Workshop for teens.

The event is free, but registration is required and can be done at www.bentonvillelibrary.org.
