The Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut St. Agenda items include:
- Reviewing plan for a Cingular Wireless tower at 2009 S. Seventh St., heavy industrial zone.
- A request from Kindergrove Daycare for a permit to operate a day care center at 700 S. 28th St., an agriculture zone.
- A request for a permit from Gold Diggers Pawn And Jewelry for a pawn shop at 2708 W. Walnut St., a highway commercial zone.
- A request from Luxury Cars for permit to sell and service cars at 921 S. Eighth St., a highway commercial zone.
- A request from Amalia Day Care for a permit to operate a day care at 1900 S. 16th St., a residential single family zone.
- A request from Gabe Parrill for a permit to operate a gunsmith and gun shop at 211 W. Walnut St.
- A request from First Western Bank to rezone 20 acres east of Eighth Street and northwest of Pleasant Grove Road from residential single family four units per acre, residential single family eight units per acre.
- A request to rezone six lots on Poplar Street and two lots on South 11th Street from a mix of residential duplex patio and residential office to a highway commercial zone.
- Development plan from Mount Carmel Community, 2200 W. Laurel St., zoned residential multifamily with six units per acre
- A review of the Torino Estates plat, at the corner of 26th Street and Capps Road, an agriculture zone.
- A request for a concession trailer at 1303 W. Walnut St.
- A request for a concession trailer at 2601 W. Hudson Road.
- A request to replat Legacy Estates subdivision to split a lot 31.
