LAKE CHARLES STATE PARK Location: From U.S. 67 at Hoxie, go 8 miles north on U.S. 63 to Black Rock, then 6 miles south on Arkansas 25. Park in “Trailhead” lot near campground entrance and begin with White Oak Trail.
