Connor Smith, 21, of 4049 Wooded Hollow Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
Jennifer Stewart, 29, of Garfield was arrested Friday in connection with felonypossession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. She also faces charges from another department. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
Arkansas Community Correction
Wayne Allen Crouch, 33, of 1813 Craig Circle in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with a parole violation and three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Crouch was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $4,670 bond set on the misdemeanors and no bond for the parole violation. Springdale
Jose Moncivaiz, 20, of 507Hatfield Lane in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and a parole violation. He also had two warrants for failure to appear in Elkins and Siloam Springs.
Moncivaiz remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday in lieu of $175,790 bond.

Jerred Ray, 31, of 702 Forrest View Drive in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
