POLICE: FULLER’S THREATS PROMPTED STANDOFF

Springdale Police walk back down Twin County Street on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, following a standoff at a residence on the street. Jonathan Fuller (***CONFIRM SPELLING WITH ERIN'S STORY***) was placed in custody following the incident.

Twin County Street residents were evacuated from their homes Friday during a standoff between police and a man who refused to surrender.
