Hoffman’s death shows relapse is just 1 step away

A makeshift memorial is seen outside the building where the body of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman was found in New York. Hoffman, 46, was found dead Feb. 2 in his apartment.

I cried when I heard about Philip Seymour Hoffman. The news scared me: He got sober when he was 22 and didn’t drink or use drugs for the next 23 years.
