ARRESTS
Centerton
- Jason Drew Dean, 25, of 13410 E. 41st Place in Owasso, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Dean was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
- Joseph Carter, 33, of 2418 W. Sycamore St. was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary and third-degree assault on a family member. He was held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
Pea Ridge
- Joseph Michael Marshall, 18, of 1112 W. Pecan St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with commercial burglary, two counts of criminal mischief in the first degree, two count of criminal trespass, two counts of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, contributing to delinquency of a minor, obstructing governmental operations and theft of property. Marshall was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Pulaski County
- Roger Reaves, 74, of 5509 Granby Road in North Little Rock was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree sexual assault. He was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
Siloam Springs
- Deanna Nadine Adams, 30, of 336 Walnut St. in Watts, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree. Adams was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
- Owen Curtis Kirby, 55, of 310 Caudle Street was arrested Monday on a felony Washington County warrant for failure to appear and misdemeanor Bethel Heights and Fayetteville warrants. Kirby was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $77,000 bond.
- Jack Kelly Johnson, of 4230 S. 56th St. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance (prescription medications), two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (marijuana, prescription medications) and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said Johnson was arrested after officers saw a marijuana cigarette stuck behind his ear. Johnson was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
- Tequila Sullivan, 33, of 1705 N. Lowell Road was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft of rented property. Sullivan was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $1,500 bond.
- Troy Franklin, 31, of 2800 E. Dixon Road in Little Rock was arrested Saturday in connection with felony parole violation and a misdemeanor Johnson warrant for failure to pay fines and costs. Franklin was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,291 bond and the parole violation.

- Harold Henson, 52, of 11052 N. Highway 170 in Farmington was arrested Monday in connection with failure to pay child support. Henson was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
- Marselina Ibarra, 22, of 1602 Sisco Ave. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with contempt of court, violation of probation or a suspended sentence and failure to pay fines and costs. Ibarra was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $177,167.50 bond.

- Mindy Gomez reported at 7:11 p.m. Saturday a kidnapping at 405 S.E. Fourth St.
- Stephanie Mereweather reported at 11:08 a.m. Sunday a breaking and entering at 3804 S.W. Grey Hawk Drive.

- A caller reported Sunday afternoon a middle-aged man stole HDMI cables from the Walmart Supercenter at 2875 W. Martin Luther King Boulevard.
- A caller reported Sunday morning an attempted burglary in an apartment at 2619 N. Quality Lane. The caller said the door frame was destroyed.

- A theft was reported about 12:15 a.m. Monday at 816 S. 11th St.

- Benjamin Rightsell reported Monday a burglary at 1550 Imperial St. Apt. 103.

Rogers
- A 52-year-old man was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville with chest pain after a vehicle collision at 2:15 p.m. Saturday at 4420 W. Walnut St.
Springdale
- A 24-year-old woman was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale with a facial injury after a hit-and-run collision. A white SUV left the scene after hitting a 2004 Chevrolet and a 2012 Ford truck. The accident happened at 6:42 p.m. Sunday at 4322 W. Sunset Ave.

- Firefighters put out a trash bin fire at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at 3335 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway.
