A West Fork woman, accused of building a bomb as part of a plot to kill her husband is fit to stand trial, according to doctors at the Arkansas State Hospital.

Shirley Mugley, 40, of 14020 S. Arkansas 265, faces felony charges of conspiracy to commit capital murder, criminal use of a prohibited weapon and criminal use of explosives.

Police have said a bitter divorce led Mugley to plot to kill her ex-husband, Michael.

Mugley suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder but is able to understand the proceedings and assist in her defense, according to the doctor's report.
