Rogers City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut St. Committee meetings begin at 6:15 p.m. and are open to the public. Enter on the northeast side of the building, through the door marked “City Council.”
On the agenda:
- Appropriating $9,640,707 from reserve for numerous projects, including Rogers Little Theater maintenance, design of the Fire Station No. 2, trails and Lake Atalanta improvements.
- Appropriating $62,240 from reserves to uniform expense, vehicle maintenance, electric utilities and salaries and wages.
- Appropriating $1,268,694 from reserves for railroad crossing signals and the trail system.
- Appropriating $357,202 from the Community Development Block Grant program for continuing education, office supplies, public construction and housing projects.
- Appropriating $158,476 from airport fund reserves for planning expense, a pavement rehabilitation project, wildlife assessment and an apron rehabilitation project.
- Considering an interlocal cooperation agreement for hazardous materials incident response service in Benton County.
- Considering a $37,000 contract with Nunnally Chevrolet for the purchase of a 2014 Tahoe for the Fire Department.
- Authorizing up a contract of up to $205,000 with Braun Industry to purchase an ambulance for the Fire Department.
