Benton County Sheriff’s Office

  • George James Daniels, 42, of 144 Duncan St. in Southwest City, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended or canceled driver’s license, a misdemeanor. Daniels was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Cassy Nicole Breeding, 28, of 6 Plumpton Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Saturday in connection with felony contempt of court. Breeding was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Scott James Gates, 50, of 510 Charles Ave. Apt. 206 in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt. Gates was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with a $425 cash bond set for the misdemeanor and no bond for the felonies.

Centerton

  • Melvin Samuel Tucker, 51, of 2205 S.E. Eighth St. in Bentonville was arrested in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Tucker was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

  • Teresa Maira Frederick, 27, of 1886 N. Pine Valley was arrested Saturday in connection with residential burglary and theft by receiving. Frederick was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
  • James Elwood McKinny, 27, of 1747 Shamblin Apt. A was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault, terroristic act and possession of firearms by certain persons. McKinny was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
  • Lewis Antonio Torain, 41, of 1675 Steele Ave. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with hindering apprehension, a felony. Torain was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on $8,500 in bonds.
  • Ariel Terry, 22, of 2409 Meadow Lane in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and contempt of court. Terry was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $175,000 bond.
  • Kaylee Allen, 22, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and running a stop sign. Allen was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $925 bond.
  • Amanda West, 26, of 698 Bunyard Road in Winslow was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony parole violation and failure to appear. West was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,051 bond and a hold from Springdale District Court.
  • Cornelius Anderson, 21, of 50 E. Seventh St.was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, one or no headlights, no driver’s license, improper safety equipment and no proof of insurance. Anderson was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,460 bond.

Gentry

  • Delfino Escobar-Lopez, 40, of 718 Emerald St. in Lowell was arrested Sunday in connection with domestic battery, a misdemeanor, and false imprisonment in the first degree, a felony. Escobar-Lopez was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Little Flock

  • Amanda Lee Melchor, 25, of 711 Woodland Drive in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony forgery and misdemeanors driving while intoxicated and obstructing governmental operations. Melchor was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond for the felony.

Rogers

  • Nicholas Steven Fitzpatrick, 24, of 2102 S. Eighth St. was arrested Saturday in connection with forgery in the second degree and theft by receiving, felonies, and third-degree assault on a family or household member, a misdemeanor. Fitzpatrick was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with a $2,000 surety bond.

Pea Ridge

  • Tyler Wayne Garrett, 20, of 1010 W. Willow St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with three counts of failure to appear for a felony offense and failure to appear for a misdemeanor offense. Garrett was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with a $835 surety bond for the misdemeanor and no bond set for the felony offenses.

Siloam Springs

  • Lacey Nicole Smith, 30, of 1477 Hefton Court was arrested Saturday in connection on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

  • Jason Vance, 40, of 13576 Sugar Mountain Road in West Fork was arrested Saturday in connection with parole violation and possession with intent to deliver. Vance was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Tontitown

  • Diana Donahew, 40, of 6104 Tipton Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Donahew was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

University Of Arkansas Police

  • Samuel Oldani, 19, of 5318 Neosho St., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a fraudulent or altered identification and smoking on school property. Oldani was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.
  • Derek Dickerson, 18, of 5555 Country Road 52, Celina, Texas, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Dickerson was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $660 bond.
  • Colby Griffin, 20, of 301 Milan St., Maud, Texas, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Griffin was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $660 bond.

Fayetteville

  • An assault and battery was reported at 2 a.m. Sunday at 612 W. Popular St., Apt. A8.
  • A theft was reported at 10:15 p.m. Saturday at 3215 N. Northhills Blvd.
  • A watch was reported stolen at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at 212 N. East Ave.
  • A breaking and entering was reported at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at 2298 N. Aspen Drive. A vehicle was broken into sometime Friday night and a wallet was taken.
  • A theft was reported at 11 a.m. Saturday at 955 S. Wood Ave.

Rogers

  • The possible theft of a cellphone was reported at about 3 p.m. Saturday at 3535 W. Hudson Road.
  • A theft was reported at about 4 p.m. Saturday at 1513 S. Dixieland Road.
  • Terroristic threatening was reported at 7:40 p.m. Saturday at Domino’s Pizza, 2100 W. Hudson Road, No. 7. A man called multiple times from a Skype number, an online communications site, and demanded customer information. He threatened employees and their families when the information was not turned over.

Springdale

  • Windows were broken at 3 a.m. Sunday at the community bank at Price Cutter, 1101 S. Thompson St. No further information was available Sunday.
  • A theft was reported at about 7 p.m. Saturday at 3671 Laural Ridge. A credit card was taken from the home last week.
