Village Bible Evangelical Free Church in Bella Vista, 210 Town Center S.E., sponsors the Women to Women Ministry ladies’ tea at 9:30 a.m. today.

Unity Church of the Ozarks in Bentonville, 902 W. Second St., will hold “Standing in Peace” after the Sunday service. “We stand in the stillness of our inner sanctuary and project our thoughts of peace, feel peace and call forth peace for the good of all” from 12:15 to 12:20 p.m.

“Our Spiritual Path” group will meet from 10 a.m. to noon today at the Unity Church Center. Tracey Lynn Cox leads this guided group for spiritually aware young adults, adults and parents. The subject of this meeting is “Edgar Cayce teachings.”

St. Bernard Catholic Church in Bella Vista, 1 St. Bernard Lane, sponsors its Men’s Club in a breakfast meeting from 7:30 to 10 a.m. today. Speaker is John Allen, a World War II veteran who flew a P-38 aircraft in Europe.

The Women’s Club holds itsmonthly meeting at 9:30 a.m.

Friday. Jim Langman, Walmart Stores’ vice president for health and wellness compliance, speaks on “Love Your Community” and “Surprising Benevolence.”

The adult Growing in Faith class will meet at 3 p.m. Feb. 16 in the Parish Hall. Their topic will be Vatican II. Each month one document of the 16 documents will be presented and discussion will follow. A light supper will also be served.

The Lenten Mission will again present James Diluzio for the second half of the Gospel of Luke. The mission will begin at 7 p.m. March 2. The mission will lead up to Lent, including Ash Wednesday.

Nominations for the Parish Pastoral Council are now being accepted. Three parishioners will be elected to serve on the council. Nominations will be accepted until Monday.

Dickson St., will host an AARP Driver Safety class from 9 a.m.

to 2 p.m. March 8 in the Wesley Building, Room 310. The class is designed especially for drivers 50 and older. Fees for the class are $12 for AARP members and $14 for nonmembers.

First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, 695 Calvin St., will host its Wonderful Wednesday program on Wednesday. The program will feature G. Patrick Williams, associate professor of history at the University of Arkansas, who will speak on “Arkansas and Abe” to commemorate the birthday of President Lincoln and the sesquicentennial of the Civil War.

Dinner is served in Fellowship Hall at 5:30 p.m. followed by the program at 6 p.m.
