100 YEARS AGO Feb. 4, 1914 PINE BLUFF — The Jefferson county Grand Jury this afternoon returned indictments against S. A. Rosenberg, A. N. Bloom and W. T. Seawell, cigar dealers, charging them with violating the state law, which prohibits the sale of cigarettes.
