Arkansas State Police

• Angela Sudduth, 38, of 421 Ewalt St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with terroristic threatening. Sudduth was released Thursday from the Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Rogers

• Bryan Lyle Popa, 44, of 161 Miller in Big Chifiy, Ky., was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault, second degree domestic battering, first degree false imprisonment, first degree interference with emergency communications, second degree sexual assault and first degree terroristic threatening. Popa was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Andres Isidro Fonseca, 31, of 2312 S. 12th Place was arrested Thursday at 813 N. 30th after a brief struggle with police where he spat on an officer. Police were called to the home by family members who said he was hurting a woman there. The woman refused to be hospitalized, but told medics she would seek treatment. Fonseca was arrested in connection with aggravated assault upon a police officer, misdemeanor domestic battery, fleeing and resisting arrest. Previous charges listed by the jail include felony aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a household member, felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor failure to appear for both Rogers and Lowell courts. Fonseca was being held in Benton County Jail on $10,000 bond on Friday.

Washington County

• Rodney Pourner, 36, of 514 Butterfield Coach Road in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with theft from a vehicle. Pourner was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $2,500 bond.

• Nicholas Tovar-Hernandez, 37, of 1701 W. End St. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with contempt of court. There is also a detainer for another agency. Tovar-Hernandez was being held Friday in the Washington County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.

• Theft was reported at 9:43 a.m. Thursday at 1104 S.W. I St.

• Theft was reported at 11:22 p.m. Thursday at 1600 Phyllis St.

Fayetteville

• A burglary was reported Friday at 3390 W. Harvard St. The caller reported someone spilled five gallons of paint in the residence.

• A burglary was reported Friday at 1917 N. Janice Ave. The caller reported a laptop, jewelry boxes and money stolen.

Rogers

• Theft in the form of a fraudulent check was reported from 820 W. Poplar on Wednesday.

• A 36-year-old woman from the 2200 block of South 17th Street was hospitalized with a bite from her Doberman on Wednesday.

• Theft was reported at 703 N. Michael Drive on Thursday.

• An attempted burglary was reported at 2205 W. Persimmon St. on Thursday.

Springdale

• A burglary was reported Friday at 2421 Shadowbrook Court.

• A burglary was reported Friday at 3242 Stagecoach Ave.

• A break-in was reported Friday at 1605 Shady Grove Road.

• A break-in was reported Friday at 14366 Kelly Mountain Road in Prairie Grove.

• A burglary was reported Thursday at 22460 Butler Ford Road in Springdale.

• A break-in was reported Thursday at 14158 Low Gap Road in West Fork.

• Theft was reported Thursday at 14199 Hogeye Road in Prairie Grove.

Fires

Rogers

• Firefighters were recalled to the Eighth and Persimmon Street scene of a Dec. 20 training burn on Tuesday due to smouldering debris.

• A chimney or flue fire was reported at 2710 W. Fir St. late Thursday. Firefighters put out paper that had blown up from the fire box and was burning in the flue.
