The bride is the daughter of Debbie and L.B. Setzler of North Little Rock. Her grandparents are the late Burnelle and William Howell, also of North Little Rock, and the late Martha and Roy Westmoreland of Little Rock.

Toni and Jim Coy of Cabot are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of JoAn and Jim Kalny of Des Moines, Iowa, and the late Betty and Bill Johnston of Bayard, Iowa.

The sanctuary was decorated with arrangements of white and green hydrangeas, birch branches, cotton stems, hypericum berries and bells of Ireland.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory trumpet-style gown embellished with lace appliques. The bodice had a sweetheart neckline and the skirt extended to a sweep train. She wore a matching lace bolero jacket and carried a bouquet of green and white hydrangeas, cream cabbage roses and hypericum berries.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were her sisters, Mattie Setzler of North Little Rock and Morgan Smith of Little Rock. Bridesmaids were Megan Parsons of Cabot, sister of the groom; Jacqueline Boyette and Adrianne Davie, both also of Little Rock; and Lynn Brown of Maumelle. They wore long champagne chiffon dresses and carried bouquets of green and white hydrangeas and green roses.

Flower girl was Constance Annette Smith of Little Rock, niece of the bride. Ring bearers were Charles Isaac Smith Jr. and Wilson Setzler Smith, both of Little Rock and nephews of the bride.

Best man was Zachary Coy of Little Rock, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Chad Farmer, Drew Parsons and Steven Johnston, cousin of the groom, all of Cabot; Clayton Brown of Maumelle; and Joshua Bell of Indianapolis. Guests were seated by Adam Glawe of Jefferson, Iowa; Craig Johnston of Houston and Ryan Johnston of Canton, Ohio, cousins of the groom; Christopher Pickens of North Little Rock, brother of the bride; and Isaac Smith, also of Little Rock.

A reception at the Country Club of Little Rock followed the ceremony. Guest tables, covered with white linens, were centered with vintage white vases filled with white and green hydrangeas, bells of Ireland, birch branches, cotton boll stems and hypericum berries. Music was by Boom Kinetic. Assisting were Margaret Acre, Connie Hayes and Stephanie Deere.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Harding University in Searcy, and a doctorate of physical therapy from Missouri State University in Springfield. She is a pediatric physical therapist at Allied Therapy and Consulting Services.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is an agent with Cabot Insurance Group.

The couple will live in Sherwood after a honeymoon in Jamaica.
