First National opens Fayetteville arm

First National Bank of NWA, formerly First National Bank of Rogers, has expanded into Washington County. The bank opened a branch Dec. 1 at 2638 E. Joyce Blvd., Suite 1, in Fayetteville.

Rob Husong is the bank's regional president.

The bank will begin construction on a Bentonville branch in 2015.

First National Bank of NWA is a division of the First National Bank of Fort Smith, which was chartered in 1872. The company has five Northwest Arkansas branches, in Lowell, Centerton, Fayetteville and two in Rogers. It has 13 branches in the River Valley.

Couple offering Molly Maid services

Mykel and Alicia Stephens recently opened Molly Maid of Northwest Arkansas.

Mykel Stephens previously worked in the corporate offices of Michaels and Wal-Mart. Alicia Stephens is a registered nurse.

Two Molly Maid employees clean each home and will arrive in uniform, driving the company's blue car with the pink logo. All employees must complete a training program before cleaning customers' homes.

Molly Maid of Northwest Arkansas is part of a national home-cleaning franchise that was rated the "Best Value" among cleaning services in Good Housekeeping magazine and has been included in Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 for the past 10 years.

The Bentonville-based office will service 74 towns across Northwest Arkansas.

Hypnotist opening office in Bentonville

Hypnotist Harley Sears is opening an office at 609 S.W. Eighth St., Bentonville. Sessions are by appointment and can be made online at harleysears.com.

Sears is certified by and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. He is also a member of The Center for Mindful Eating.

Weight loss, smoking cessation and stress relief are common issues Sears helps with, and he consults with doctors, psychologists, dentists and other professionals.

He received specialized training in tobacco treatment from the Mayo Clinic and the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Rockline Industries earns safety award

The Arkansas Department of Labor honored Rockline Industries' Springdale manufacturing facility for achieving 5 million safe work hours.

The award from the department's Occupational Safety and Health Division recognizes companies whose employees have accumulated 5 million work hours without a lost day away from work because of a work-related injury or illness. In May 2014, Rockline was recognized for reaching 4 million safe work hours.

Joel Slank is Rockline Industries general manager.

The award was presented to Rockline by representatives of the Department of Labor on Dec. 9.

Rockline Industries was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Sheboygan, Wis. It is one of the world's largest manufacturers of coffee filters and consumer, health care, industrial and institutional wet wipes.
