Laura Boysen was promoted to the position of compliance officer with Parkway Bank in Rogers. She has been with Parkway Bank for three years and was formerly a loan assistant. Boysen has 19 years of banking experience.

Emily Williams was named director of development for the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas. She was the director of development for the College of Engineering at the university before joining the Walton Arts Center as its director of corporate relations. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University in Washington.

Quintin Trammell was named president and chief executive officer of Butterfield Trail Village. He joined the Butterfield Trail Village as chief financial officer in February and had served as interim president and CEO since June. He was chief financial officer at the Siloam Springs School District. Trammell earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arkansas Society of CPAs.

Megan Brueckner was named consumer loan officer at Arvest Bank’s Springdale location at 3950 W. Sunset Ave. She started her career with Arvest Bank in Siloam Springs as a financial services representative in 2009 and has worked as a mortgage call center representative and a commercial loan assistant. Brueckner earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from John Brown University in 2013.
