A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit said in February that North Carolina was violating the Constitution by distributing license plates that say "Choose Life" while refusing to issue ones that bear an abortion-rights slogan. A Bloomberg News article in Saturday's editions about the U.S. Supreme Court's move to consider whether Texas must issue license plates depicting the Confederate battle flag misidentified which state was involved in the 4th Circuit case.

The French government will finance a $60 million fund to compensate Holocaust survivors and family members of those deported by France's state rail company, SNCF, during the Nazi occupation. The United States will manage the fund. The headline with an article Saturday about the fund misidentified the participants.
