Area Schools Rank High In Website List

Reagan Elementary School in Rogers was ranked the No. 1 elementary school in the state in recently released rankings from Niche.com.

Elementary schools are ranked on academics, a district score, and teacher and diversity scores using both public and proprietary data, according to the site.

Northwest Arkansas schools took most of the top Arkansas slots. The top 10 ranked elementaries in the state were: Central Park at Morning Star Elementary, Bentonville; Lowell Elementary; Elza R. Tucker Elementary, Rogers; Thomas Jefferson Elementary, Bentonville; Elm Tree Elementary, Bentonville; Grace Hill Elementary, Rogers; Bonnie Grimes Elementary, Rogers; Eastside Elementary, Rogers; and Cooper Elementary, Bentonville.

Five of the top 10 middle schools are in the Bentonville School District: Lincoln Junior High, Spring Hill Middle School, Washington Junior High, Ruth Barker Middle School and Old High Middle School. The top 10 Arkansas middle schools continued with Elmwood Middle School and Lingle Middle School in Rogers, McNair Middle School in Fayetteville, Birch Kirksey Middle School in Rogers and Woodland Junior High in Fayetteville.

Top high schools were: Haas Hall Academy in Fayetteville, Bentonville High School, Rogers High School, Lakeside High School in Hot Springs, Greenwood High School, Fayetteville High School, Calico Rock High School, Valley View High School in Jonesboro, Har-Ber High School in Springdale and Viola High School.
