The Arkansas State Police on Saturday identified a woman who was killed Friday in a rollover crash near the Pulaski-Lonoke county line.
Eleanor Hritz, 62, of Jacksonville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger, David Simmons, 36, of Jacksonville, was transported to CHI St. Vincent North in Sherwood with injuries that weren't life-threatening, state police spokesman Bill Sadler said Friday.
About 3:05 p.m. Friday, Hritz drove off the west side of U.S. 67, according to a report. She then over-corrected her steering to get back on the highway, causing the 1999 Lexus Crossover she was driving to flip several times.
Northbound traffic on U.S. 67 was blocked for about two hours Friday after the crash.
