LR leaders from all walks get Neighborhood Awards

Little Rock has its own version of the BET (Black Entertainment Television) awards: the Arkansas Neighborhood Awards, which recognize minority-owned businesses organizations, religious and neighborhood leaders, churches and others "for their contributions and excellence within their own neighborhoods."
