• Ronnie James Plucker, 24, of Route 11304 875 in Watts, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault and resisting arrest. Plucker was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Belcher, 33, of 822 Titus County 4045 in Cookville, Texas was arrested Thursday in connection with parole violation. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.
• Heather Chism, 27, of 132 W. Roadrunner Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and oxycodone), and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
• Louis Cleek, 45, of 81 Northwood St. in West Fork was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on no bond.
• Kristopher Gooch, 35, of 20893 Paramount Road in Lincoln was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated animal cruelty. He was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
• Robert Griffin, 22, of 208 S. Longview Road in Fountain Hill was arrested Friday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.
• Dennis Hicks, 35, of 1621 N. Fieldstone Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and oxycodone), possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 b0nd.
• Joshua Martin, 20, of 20270 Sherry Road in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of third-degree battery, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree assault and residential burglary. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $7,500 bond.
• Billy Marvel, 39, of 107 Clinic Drive in White Hall was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to pay child support. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
• Bradley Stanhope, 44, of Springdale Inn in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to appear. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on no bond.
