Agent: McDonnells' nights as pair ample

RICHMOND, Va. -- An FBI agent testified Thursday that former Gov. Bob McDonnell and his wife spent many nights together in the Governor's Mansion, in a final effort by the prosecution to undercut the defense argument that the couple's failing marriage made a conspiracy implausible.
