Discrimination upheld in LR apartment case

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette/RICK MCFARLAND--08/25/14-- The Waterford Apartments, 701 Green Mountain Dr., in Little Rock Monday.

The Arkansas Fair Housing Commission has ruled there is sufficient evidence to show The Waterford Apartment Homes in Little Rock discriminated against Hispanic applicants.
