Jackson Arrested for DWI Again

— A woman convicted of killing a Fayetteville city worker after driving while under the influence in 2011, was arrested again Sunday and charged with drunk driving.

Jo Jackson, 53, of 4002 N. Zion Valley Drive was arrested in connection with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated for the third time this year. She’s also charged with reckless driving, expired vehicle license, no insurance and driving on a suspended license.

In 2011, Jackson was convicted of negligent homicide and two counts of third-degree battery after hitting three men, killing one, Jackie Luper of West Fork.
