Islamists tighten hold on Tripoli

Dawn of Libya group says it forced rival militia out of capital

CAIRO -- Libya's Islamist militias said Sunday that they have consolidated their hold on Tripoli and its international airport, driving rival militias to the outskirts of the capital after a weeks-long battle for control of the strategic hub.
