PINE BLUFF -- Personnel from the Little Rock Air Force Base Explosive Ordnance Detachment will be detonating production components damaged during the manufacturing process at the Pine Bluff Arsenal on Tuesday.

Residents close to the arsenal should not be alarmed if they hear small explosions coming from the installation that day, an Army news release said.

Fishing and other recreational activities near Yellow Lake will be restricted during the detonations, and arsenal access to the Arkansas River will be closed.
