Dr. Heather Nicole Pinckard became the bride of Dustin Heath Dover at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at Chimney Rock Cattle Co. in Concord. The Rev. Michael Attas of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Waco, Texas, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Deborah and Scott Pinckard of Pine Bluff. Her grandparents are Betty and Ellis Pinckard of Pine Bluff and Shirley and the late Curtis Ray Goree of Aransas Pass, Texas.

Parents of the groom are Charlene and Franklin Eugene Dover of Batesville. He is the great-grandson of Margaret Grimmer and the grandson of the late Margie Grimmer Sandidge, both of Wheatley, the late Martha Guenther of Melbourne and the late Cletis Dover of Brinkley.

Tree stumps topped with arrangements of blue and white hydrangeas and Texas bluebonnets in Mason jars lined the aisle. Vows were exchanged at a wooden arbor decorated with sprays of hydrangeas and bluebonnets. The arbor was centered with a hanging chandelier and backed with a wooden cross from the bride's home church.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory tulle gown. The dropped-waist bodice had cap sleeves and a sweetheart neckline and was embellished with an overlay of pearl beaded lace. The trumpet-style skirt had a scalloped beaded lace hemline and extended to a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of silk blue and white hydrangeas, Texas bluebonnets and stephanotis.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were Crystal Davis of Haskell and Dr. Sarsijhaa Desikan of Seattle. Bridesmaids were Brooke Pinckard of North Little Rock and Kristi Pinckard of Pine Bluff, both sisters of the bride, and Cassie Morgan of Dallas. They wore strapless cocktail dresses of royal blue lace with satin sashes and carried pomanders of hydrangeas and bluebonnets.

Flower girls were Addison Dover and Aubrey Dover, both of Batesville and nieces of the groom, and Harley Goree of Portland, Texas, cousin of the bride. Ring bearer was Riley Fortenberry of Moro.

Best man was Justin Dover of Batesville, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Bo Mason and Lathan Busby, both of Brinkley; and Greg Fortenberry and Lee Russell, both of Moro. Guests were seated by Russell Simon of Wynne.

A reception, also at Chimney Rock, followed the ceremony. Tables were covered in white linen cloths with burlap and lace runners and centered with Mason jars filled with blue and white flowers. Assisting were Allison Kemp, Lauren Rook, Becca Rittenhouse and Laura Dover.

The bride is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, having a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. She received a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and is a neurosurgery resident at UAMS.

The groom is owner of Dover Surveying LLC.

After a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple will live in Scott.
